With these delicious 4 potato stew recipes it has never been easier to fast! Prepare these simple and quick delicacies and come up with new recipe ideas and ingredients for us. We can't wait to hear your secrets about potato stew!

Ingredients Simple potato food (stew), fasting:

(for 4 servings, if consumed as such or 6 servings, as a garnish)

  • 1 kg. of potatoes (weigh ready peeled), cut into equal cubes, I recommend pink peeled potatoes, which are not so crumbly
  • 100 grams of finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sweet, flavored paprika
  • 1 bunch of finely chopped green parsley and pepper
  • optional: 1 bay leaf
  • optional: a bell pepper or 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • optional: 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste

Preparation of simple, fasting potato dish (stew):

1. Heat a 1.1 / 2 & 2 8211 saucepan over medium heat. Add the oil and immediately the finely chopped onion, the crushed garlic and, if you use it, the chopped bell pepper. I repeat, the use of peppers for potato stew is optional. I happened to have an orange bell pepper in the fridge and that's how it ended up in this combination. You can give it up if you don't or don't like the taste of peppers too pronounced (because we'll add paprika anyway). Sprinkle the onion with a pinch of salt from the beginning and cook over medium-low heat, to soften without browning.

2. After the onion has softened, add the sweet paprika and, if you use it, add the pepper paste (optional). Quickly mix the paprika in the hardened onion and immediately add 1/2 liter of hot water, because the paprika caramelizes easily and changes both its color and aroma.

3. Add in potato cubes. It is important that they be somewhat even, so that they cook at the same time. If necessary, fill the potato stew with hot water, just enough to cover the potatoes. Add the bay leaf (only if we want) and salt to taste.

Potato stew with mushrooms

Ingredient: 5-6 new potatoes, a capsicum, 3 green onions, 400 g brown mushrooms, 4 tablespoons oil, 4 eggs, 6 tablespoons grated mozzarella, a bunch of parsley, salt, pepper, dill.
Preparation: the potatoes are washed well and boiled in their skins. After they have cooled, they are cleaned and cut into quarters. Fry the mushrooms in the 4 tablespoons of oil. After lowering, add the chopped onion and diced pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Leave to cool, then combine with the potatoes. Beat the eggs with salt and pour over the vegetables, add the chopped parsley, mozzarella and pepper. Put the composition in a ceramic bowl and bake for 20-25 minutes at high temperature (200 degrees). Serve with chopped dill.

. I don't understand the point of the comment. I see that you didn't have time to read the recipe carefully, but you still took the time to write the mischievous comment. There appears OR, not AND)

we chop or grind them ANONYMOUS

Honestly, I really don't understand people who really feel the need to leave malicious comments on something that doesn't offend anyone, seriously, it's a food blog.

I think this is part of human nature, I'm terrified to imagine what it would have been like if I had written a political blog instead of a culinary blog :) Sometimes I don't even understand why I get tired of answering them, when I could simply ignore them or delete them.

Honestly .. I really liked it .. easy and quick to do

Looks very good! I will try it with pleasure! : *

the index of recipes is also good, I forgot since I didn't make a tomato stew with potatoes. with a lot of fresh tomatoes..yamiii. You know what would be good to put on the site, (this. For the lazy in me: D) a search filter by index by the ingredients in the house or by preference (eg today I feel like eating something with vanilla flavor ). An excellent Sunday!

Lucia, I'm sorry I missed this message. I see that more than a year and a half has passed, so it seems that & quotgatim & quot together for a very long time :) Probably in the meantime you realized that you can enter in the search box (right, top) the ingredients you you think. If you write vanilla or tomatoes, all the recipes that contain those words will appear, you just have to "leaf" them a little to see which could help you.

Do you think that some garlic would work?

I really like the networks published by you, I tried some and I even surprised my family. I never commented although I could write a simple one.
I think many of us at some point in our lives are wondering: why do I do this, is it worth it? I tell you honestly that YES is worth it, for those who appreciate the effort (no comments). So, I increase my work and as many recipes as possible.

It is pleasant and flattering to think that there may be many people like you, that is, people who do not comment, but appreciate the work done on these recipes and enjoy them every day. The truth is that I feel a little confused when I'm praised, I don't really know exactly what I should say :) It would have been easier for me not to allow comments on recipes, but that way I would have robbed them of the chance to get in touch with me to those who have doubts or to those who have suggestions or different variants of some recipes. Thank you very much for the encouragement, your message really came at the right time.

1. Cut the potatoes into 4 or 6 depending on the size, preferably to be as even pieces as possible to cook uniform and at the same time. We do not want to have some of the potatoes too made, and another part raw.

2. Add spice mix, garlic finely chopped and the two tablespoons of olive oil over potatoes. The oil will form a crispy crust on them, while inside they will remain fragile.

3. Place the potatoes in a tray lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees. After 25-30 minutes, remove the tray and sprinkle dill over potatoes. Leave them for another 5 minutes in the oven until golden. This way the dill will not be raw either, but it will be lightly cooked and its flavor will be preserved.

I served potatoes with avocado, cream sauce and salad next to it, but you can also use them in the recipe Vegetable tortilla. Both are delicious and you will lick your fingers. Good appetite!
