Green bean salad

The green beans are cleaned, washed and boiled with a little salt.

After boiling, drain and leave to cool.

The garlic is crushed as for the juice.

When the beans are cold, put them in a bowl and mix them with garlic, dill, olive oil, vinegar to taste, sour cream, salt and pepper.

It matches the taste and is left in the fridge for 30 minutes, after which it can be consumed.

Method of preparation

-The salad can be prepared either quickly, with canned beans, or the beans can be prepared and boiled at home:

-The beans, which have been at & rdquoumflat & rdquo for the day before, are boiled in cold water (the water to cover the beans), and after two or three boils it is taken off the heat and the first water is thrown away, after which it is boil again with hot water.

-This operation is repeated twice more, so that at the end, the first three waters are discarded. (All these operations are done to avoid further bloating, possible digestive disorders and possible flatulence that may occur after eating beans).

-Boil the beans (& icircn the fourth water), put 1-2 tablespoons of oil and leave the pot covered with a lid, simmer.

-When the beans are cooked, leave them to cool.

-Beans, either canned or boiled by us and previously cooled, are drained in a sieve.

-Clean the onion, remove the seeds from the peppers (donut), and wash them well, together with the lettuce leaves and parsley.

-Cut the pepper into cubes, finely chopped lettuce, finely chop the parsley, and cut the onion into juliennes and rub separately with a little salt to soften.

-Mix the boiled and drained beans with the other ingredients (donut, lettuce, parsley, onion).

-Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the lemon juice, season to taste and pour over the salad.

- Before serving, the bean salad is cooled to approx. 20 minutes.


Potato salad with green beans and egg

ingredients
2 hands of green beans
4-5 potatoes (new)
2 eggs
1 red onion
salt pepper
a little olive oil
2 tablespoons fatty yogurt
2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill

I cleaned the green beans and broke them into pieces. I cleaned the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

  1. Boil the beans in salted water until the pods are soft. We test them with a fork.
  2. When the fork enters the pod easily, it means that they are ready. We drain them very well in a sieve.
  3. We prepare a sauce from mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, mustard, garlic passed through the press, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the sauce over the beans, mix very well. We match the taste of salt and pepper.
  5. We can also add a little lemon juice or hot pepper flakes, green onion tails or chives.

Leave the green bean salad with mayonnaise in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving. In fact, the colder it is, the more flavorful the sauce and the better bound the sauce.

6. In a large bowl put the vegetables, chicken breast, freshly ground pepper, finely ground garlic, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, or other favorite oil.

For the Rina diet or the fat-free diet, put only 1 teaspoon of oil or not at all. Mix everything lightly, then taste and adjust the taste of salt, pepper and lemon.

Serve immediately, but it is ideal to stay at least 10 minutes, to blend the flavors. It's wonderful hot or cold from the fridge.
