I "modernized" a little classic recipe for cocoa with milk! ;)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

RECIPE PREPARATION Milk drink and rum bar:

First we prepare the ingredients. Then we put the milk to heat on the fire. Separately in a cup mix the cocoa, sugar and salt until smooth. After the milk has warmed up, not much, add it over the dry mixture. Mix well, until we break the last "cocoon" of cocoa. The rum stick, grind it with a knife, and put it in the hot mixture. Stir until it dissolves completely. You can add, on top of the whipped cream, chocolate flakes. .etc.

From time to time I still remember the sweets of my childhood and I prepare some of them even now, as my mother prepared them. One of my favorite desserts was milk with rice .We eat it with cinnamon, various jams or even simple, it was so good and creamy that I will never forget its taste.

  • 150 g round grain rice
  • 1 l milk
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract / essence (or vanilla sugar)
  • a pinch of salt

Method of preparation milk with rice

Homemade Chocolate - Milk Powder Bar

Today we will do Homemade chocolate. This recipe always reminds me of my childhood. My mother used to always do it. It is very easy to make, with few ingredients and is delicious.

750 grams of sugar
750 grams of powdered milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
300 ml of water
375 grams of butter

Put water and sugar in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. From the moment it starts to boil, let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Then we put the butter and let it melt.

When the butter is melted, add the powdered milk and cocoa. We mix everything well. We put the composition obtained in a tray greased with oil, with a size of 30 cm.

Let the chocolate sit for a few hours at room temperature until it hardens. When the chocolate is ready we can cut it.

Recipe for homemade coffee liqueur with condensed milk

To prepare the liquid with condensed milk and coffee you will need:

  • Vodka - 500 ml
  • Water - 250 ml
  • condensed milk - 250 grams of
  • Ground coffee - 3 tablespoons

Condensed milk is desirable to pre-cook or buy already boiled. In a cup or glass of brewed coffee, put it in a warm place and let it boil well. While the drink will cool slowly, you need to prepare other products.

At the end, this cream can be strained through a sieve, in another bowl, after which we can add the alcohol, mix and let it cool. The cold liqueur can be stored for a few days in the refrigerator, in bottles, but can also be consumed hot, immediately after adding rum or whiskey.

A delicious and cheap and fast pie!

I beat eggs, added whipped milk, rum essence, sugar and mixed with a whisk. Don't be afraid that the composition is too thin and that it will flow, if you have a slightly deeper tray, everything is ok.

I greased a tray with a little oil and placed the first sheet of pie, which I also greased with oil. I placed the second sheet and sprinkled sugar, then the third sheet and greased with oil and so on until I reached half of the sheets then I put the composition of whipped milk and covered with another sheet that I greased and it with a little oil, I placed the next sheet and sprinkled it with sugar and so on until the last one, I greased it with oil.

I put it in the oven (pre-prepared, hot) and left it until it swelled and browned (about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven).

I took out the pie, covered it with a kitchen towel and let it rest for an hour. Do not cut immediately, wait about an hour.

Grandma's milk semolina

Ingredients needed to prepare the traditional milk semolina recipe:

  • A cup of semolina
  • A 300 ml cup of milk
  • 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Sweety
  • Ground nuts (3 or 4 nuts)
  • A vanilla or rum essence
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

How to prepare the traditional milk semolina recipe:

  1. Boil the milk together with the three spoons of sugar and the vanilla or rum essence. After the sugar has dissolved and the milk has started to boil, add the semolina and stir continuously.
