I was looking for a recipe for American cookies with dark chocolate and chocolate flakes that is easy to make, fast and that is to the liking of the most demanding chocolate consumer.
These American cookies with dark chocolate AND chocolate flakes are a tribute to chocolate: delicious, full of dark chocolate and peanut butter flavor, perfect with a cup of black tea or, why not, a coffee.
Ingredients for American cookies with dark chocolate and chocolate flakes:
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-100 gr dark chocolate, vegan
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons almond milk
& # 8211 50 gr of chocolate flakes.
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Take a tray and line it with baking paper. Melt the dark chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and then leave it handy.
In another bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter, vanilla extract, brown sugar and unrefined sugar and almond milk, until smooth and a fluffy mixture is obtained.
